Xero says it has doubled UK customer numbers to 30,000.
It nows has 1200 accounting partners in the UK, the company says in an NZX filing, and 40 of the UK top 100 accounting firms are Xero partners.
In a separate market update on August 30, the online accounting software company said it now has 200,000 customers worldwide.
Xero CEO Rod Drury tells NBR ONLINE the company will provide a full numbers and a fuller geographic breakdown at its half-year result, due in a couple of weeks.
At a May update, Xero said Overall, Xero said of its (then) 157,000 customer, 46 percent were in New Zealand, 32 percent in Australia, 14 percent in the UK and 7 percent in the rest of the world, including the US.
Shares [NZX:XRO] closed down 0.26% to $18.95.
