ComCom launches investigation into retirement village sector
The probe follows longstanding complaints from resident and consumer groups.

The Commerce Commission has launched an investigation into the retirement village sector to determine if there were any potential breaches of the Fair Trading Act.
But the move has received push back from the industry lobby.
A Commission spokesperson confirmed there was as investigation underway
