Farmers victorious in interest rate swaps court case.
A pair of Taranaki farmers have won a case against ANZ Bank over interest rate swaps.
The latest ruling in the case comes about five years after ANZ reached a $19 million settlement with the Commerce Commission over how it marketed interest rate swaps to rural customers between 2005 to 2009.
