Fletcher rights entitlements valued at $1.35 suggest underwriting unnecessary

The outcome of the Fletcher Building institutional book-build, or auction, is that retail shareholders who don’t take up their rights in the $750 million capital raising will receive $1.35 in cash for every new share they're entitled to.
