Former ACT MP not culpable as developer's dishonest transaction appeal fails

UPDATED: An appeal involving a Dunedin city councillor and former ACT MP against a decision which found a $740,000 land transaction was fraudulent has been dismissed.

Judgment has now been entered for liquidators against developer Chris James for the amount, as well as interest.
