Goodman bumps npat by 126% on valuation gains
The country’s largest industrial landlord is forecasting 5% growth in full-year cash earnings on increasing demand for the current year.

Freshly corporatised Goodman NZ says revaluation gains of $111.2 million have pushed its managed portfolio value to $4.9 billion.
That portfolio valuation, which includes its external partners’ share of $632m, helped elevate profit after tax by 126.3% to $248m for the 12 months to March.
