Oceania Healthcare has appointed Australian Suzanne Dvorak as its chief executive, replacing Brent Pattison.
Dvorak, who has held senior leadership positions at both Levande and Bupa Villages in Australia, will take on the role on July 22. She will relocate from Melbourne to Auckland.
