Danish toy giant bridles over Zuru’s desire to call its knock-off product ‘compatible’ with Lego.

Phalanxes of lawyers, mounds of paperwork, and a lengthy 12-day trial kicked off in the Auckland High Court this morning, as two of the world’s biggest toy firms go head to head over children’s building bricks.

At issue is the fact Zuru, founded by the New Zealand-born and bred NBR Lister
