Former Port of Auckland chief executive Tony Gibson has been found guilty of the death of stevedore Pala'amo Kalati.

Kalati, aged 31, was killed in August 2020 after being crushed by a container while loading the MV Constantinos P vessel berthed at the Fergusson container terminal.
