Clarke Group touts billion-dollar portfolio after $100m deal
Auckland developer expands into Queenstown market with purchase of 13 hectares outside Lake Hayes.

Clarke Group says it now has 770 homes either under construction or at the consenting stage, with a portfolio valued at $1 billion.
That follows its announcement this week that it had purchased a three-property land parcel near Lake Hayes, outside Queenstown, for $100m.
