A $54 million mortgage fraud trial will resume in the High Court at Auckland on Thursday after Justice Sarah Katz declined a defence bid to get rid of some charges.
Kang Xu, who is also known as Yan (Jenny) Zhang, Gang (Richard) Chen, and Zongliang (Charly) Jiang are on trial for various charges
