PGG Wrightson Real Estate sold the 208ha Lismore property for $8.95 million at auction.
The farm produced more than 307,000kg of milksolids last season from 700 cows.
The irrigated farm has a 54-rotary cowshed, a manager’s house and staff accommodation.
