The Green Party is as old as I am and has achieved even less.

Formed as Values in 1972, the Greens won 5.2% of the vote in 1975, even under First Past the Post (FPP).

Under its new brand in 1990 but still under FPP, it pulled 6.9%.  In 1996, its first MPs were elected as part of the Alliance.
