The level of uptake for the NZX’s milk futures contracts has been encouraging, says an analyst, with the millionth kilogram of milk solids traded last Friday.
The total number of contracts traded since the launch on May 27 is 184, with each contract worth 6000kg/MS. This was followed by the launch
