A2 Milk’s ascendancy has been further affirmed with it joining both the NZX 20 and the ASX 200 indices but The Warehouse’s fall from grace continues with it exiting the benchmark NZX Top 50 Index.
Another retailer, Kathmandu, is being turfed out of the ASX 300 Index as well.
