Abano Healthcare has won its legal battle over the costs of Healthcare Partners’ failed takeover last year.
This was the last court battle of its nature because from now on the Takeovers Panel will adjudicate such disputes.
But it does set a legal precedent for the Takeovers Panel to follow,
