A new environmental goods agreement will reduce tariffs on 54 items.
The 21-member economies of Apec, including New Zealand, have cut tariffs on a wide range of environmentally friendly goods.
This is the first multilateral tariff-cutting trade arrangement in 20 years and will help to lower the cost of 54 items, including solar panels, wind turbines and air
