Auckland Transport passes billboard advertising change
Auckland Council had ordered Victoria Crone to take down billboards under bylaw.
Auckland Transport has quietly scrapped a local body advertising law viewed as a possible breach of the Bill of Rights.
The council-controlled organisation voted for an amendment earlier this week removing a time restriction for election advertising on private property.
