Auditor declines opinion on Veritas accounts
Annual report reveals first tranche of bank debt falls due in eight days.

Auditor PwC has tagged the accounts of NZX-listed Veritas Investments, saying it does not have enough information to offer an opinion on the accuracy of its financial statements.
Veritas, owner of the Mad Butcher retail franchise and a chain of pubs, disclosed on August 29 that ANZ had declined
