Avocado industry hits record $198m in sales
Prices were maintained in the industry despite volumes being up.

The New Zealand avocado industry has reported a record season with sales hitting $198 million, up $64 million on the previous season.
Volume was also a record with 7.7 million trays in the 2016/17 season, an 84% increase on last season.
