Investor and former lawyer Simon Herbert is set to be the new owner of the Westpark Marina in Hobsonville.
Mr Herbert, who owns the 430-berth Bayswater Marina on Auckland’s North Shore, told NBR ONLINE he has signed a conditional agreement to buy the larger marina from Auckland businessmen
