Christchurch hoteliers Michael, Ken and Thomas Patterson, have bought the 19-room Queenstown Park Boutique Hotel.
The sellers include Christchurch investors James Wall, John Mulholland and Peter Smith, who have been involved in accommodation investments over many years including Awaroa Lodge.
