CallPlus Group has been sold to Australian company M2 for $250 million – the equivalent of annual revenue.
Chairman Malcolm Dick is the largest shareholder in CallPlus with a 62% stake.
The next largest shareholder is his ex-wife, Annette Presley, who has a 33.55% stake.
