Canon Oceania donates to earthquake aid appeal
Canon Oceania has donated $80,000 to the Christchurch Earthquake Appeal launched on Sunday.

Canon New Zealand, Canon Australia and Canon Information Systems Research Australia (CiSRA) have promised $80,000 to Prime Minister John Key’s Christchurch Earthquake Appeal.
“All of us at Canon have been touched by this terrible tragedy and our thoughts are with everyone affected as they begin the long process of recovery,” said Kenji Kobayashi, managing director of Canon Australia and New Zealand.
Parent company Canon Inc in Tokyo has pledged 5,000,000 yen to the Japanese Red Cross assist with their efforts.
The appeal was launched on Sunday 27 and so far several companies, individuals and countries have donated.
