The company today said it had entered into a conditional agreement, which was subject to various operational conditions.
Christchurch-based Radford Yarns was founded in 1992 and is a producer of felted wool yarns sold to rug and carpet makers around the world, including Cavalier's broadloom carpet operation, Cavalier Bremworth.
Directors will provide an update to shareholders once the agreement is declared unconditional.
