Clarification is being sought on a decision which ordered listed steel products manufacturer Steel & Tube [NZX: STU] to pay $750,000 to the investment firm of NBR Rich Lister Sir David Levene.
In 2014, Lewis Holdings won a High Court ruling allowing it to stake a claim for loss relating to a lease
