Courtroom duellists Sargon Capital and Bath Street Capital have settled their differences over the aborted $200 million sale of trust business Complectus.
BSC, owned by businessman Andrew Barnes, had agreed to sell Complectus to Sargon but the deal did not complete as scheduled in May.
