Dentsu Aegis Network forked out $2.5 million to acquire a majority stake in independent advertising agency Barnes, Catmur & Friends in February.
The price was revealed in Aegis Media’s most recent financial statements, which also indicate further bonuses and an increased stake dependent on BC&F’s
