Cunliffe’s $9360 baby bribe will increase child poverty

David Cunliffe’s baby bribe is wrong, pretty much any which way you look at it.

Under the new policy, whenever a baby is born to a family earning between $100,000 and $150,000 a year, the parents will receive $3120 from the state, paid over 52 weeks.
