Developer Tim Manning’s courtroom scuffle with his ex-wife continued at the Auckland High Court this morning as Mr Manning gave evidence.
The daily court list provided to the public says Mr Manning and his ex-wife Joanne Manning were in a hearing for an “application for oral examination."
