Fidelity dumping IT staff as Tower project winds up

Fidelity Life is cutting its IT staff from 59 to around 30.
Chief executive Milton Jennings tells NBR that nine contractors will not see their contracts renewed, and about 10 permanent staff will lose their jobs.
Fidelity bought Tower's life insurance business for $189 million in late 2013.
