Five-year old NZX vs Ralec dispute finally gets to court
A case which has dragged on for five years now will finally get its day - or nine weeks - in court.

The High Court in Wellington has set aside up to nine weeks starting today to hear claim and counterclaim dating back to 2011 between stock exchange operator NZX and Australian company Ralec.
The claims relate to NZX’s purchase of the Australian Clear Grain Exchange in 2009.
