FMA-warned financial services firm facing liquidation
An application to liquidate Wellington-based MSL Capital Markets is set to be heard in the High Court later this month, but the company says it is settling the debt.

Inland Revenue wants to liquidate MSL Capital Markets, which was this month warned by the Financial Markets Authority for failing to provide an audit report on time.
But the financial advisory firm says it is in the process of settling with Inland Revenue and wants to “move on.”
