Fonterra has lifted its forecast farmgate payout for this season while reconfirming dividend target.

Fonterra Cooperative Group has lifted its forecast farmgate milk price by 15c to $6.15 per kilogram of milk solids on strong global dairy prices despite pressure on margins and returns in the third quarter.
It has also reconfirmed its target of a full year dividend of 40c a share.
