Fonterra's PKE supplier cuts ties with company accused of deforestation
Fonterra says it will check out the alleged connections between its supplier, Wilmar, and the Indonesian company Gama.

Fonterra's key supplier of palm kernel expeller (PKE), Wilmar, has cut ties with a company accused by Greenpeace of being involved in the mass destruction of rainforest in Papua, Indonesia.
This comes after Greenpeace and public pressure two years ago led Fonterra to adopt an industry standard
