Four doors close, a new one opens for The Mad Butcher

The retail butchery franchise is touting a tasty new product for its franchisees, called Mad Butcher 'Mini', a month after four regular stores went under.

The Mad Butcher is encouraging other franchisees to set up ‘Mini’ concept stores after the chain celebrated its first, just weeks after a string of four stores went into liquidation.

The country’s first Mad Butcher mini was opened in Mosgiel this week by the owner of the Dunedin franchise.
