Building Society Holdings and its operating business Combined Building Society have told the stock exchange that George Gould has resigned as a director to focus on his new role as group managing director of PGG Wrightson.
Chairman of BSH, Bruce Irvine said: "On behalf on the board, we thank Mr Gould for his contribution to the strategic direction of BSH and wish him all the best."
