High Court judge blasts Zespri in importer’s suit

Shanghai Neuhof is seeking in excess of $30m arising from an alleged breach of its trade relationship with Zespri and wrongful termination of their contract.

High Court judge Justice Ed Wylie has blasted the lawyers of Zespri and Shanghai Neuhof, today saying the court is tired of the “endless tit for tat” between the parties.
