Auckland restaurant Kermadec Fine’s sous chef Chris Webb and waitress Leanne Ayre have won gold at the inaugural Dilmah High Tea Challenge.
The 14 competing teams had to create a contemporary High Tea, including a hot tea, hot tea mocktail, a chilled tea cocktail and a chilled tea mocktail.
