A deal to sell the iconic Eichardt’s Private Hotel on Queenstown’s waterfront is about to be completed, the agent brokering the deal has confirmed.

The luxury hotel on the Marine Parade is a leasehold business owned by Highland Resorts, while the Eichardt’s building is owned by Skyline Enterprises.
