Housing market treads water amid policy impacts
Hotspots in some parts of the country still show double-digit price growth.

The housing market trod water in June with prices in Auckland flat while prices in the rest of the country barely rose 0.1% from May, the latest Real Estate Institute House Price Index (HPI) shows.
On an annual basis, house prices nationally are up 3.8% while prices excluding Auckland are up
