Infratil [NZX: IFT ] and the New Zealand Superannuation Fund sold their combined 30% stake in Z Energy [NZX: ZEL ] for $6 a share, at the bottom of their indicative $6-$6.20 range.
The sale reaped Infratil $479.2 million, net of the sale costs, for its 20% stake and the company says it made a $392.2
