NBR Rich Lister Jim Delegat has renewed his bid to claw back payments from failed luxury yacht maker Salthouse Marine and director Christopher Norman.
Mr Delegat’s Queen's counsel Paul Davison has asked Justice Mark Woolford to recall his earlier decision in favour of Mr Norman.
