Former Allied Farmers boss Rob Alloway has lost a bid to seek freezing orders over an alleged $120,000 in relationship property he says should be his.
In March, a judge allowed Mr Alloway to continue his High Court fight for various assets he says he gave to his former fiancée, Jane Bond.
