Labour alerts Ombudsman over 1080-scare stonewalling
Ombudsman asked to investigate why the PM's department is withholding advice it offered John Key on 1080 threat.

The Ombudsman will be asking the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet to explain why the release of advice between it and Prime Minister John Key concerning the threat to poison infant formula with 1080 has been delayed.
