Any hope that upmarket grocery retailer Nosh could reopen its stores on Monday is looking thin after unpaid rent forced the owner of its Glen Innes outlet to terminate the lease.
A notice on the door of the store says any attempt by the tenant to re-enter the premises will be treated as an act
