Lion sells Australian wine interests while planning expansion in NZ

Japanese-owned liquor giant Lion has sold its entire Australian premium wine business, Fine Wine Partners (FWP), to private equity-owned Accolade Wines.
Lion’s New Zealand wine business, the country’s second largest, is not affected by the sale, which also excludes Lion’s US wine
