The Maserati-driving former director of an ex-ray equipment company, Alan John McMillan, has pled guilty to 21 charges of fraud brought by the Serious Fraud Office.
Mr McMillan appeared in the North Shore District Court last week in relation to charges of falsifying documents to take out
