Pyne Gould Corporation chairman Bryan Mogridge has stepped down as chairman of Australian property company Lantern Hotel Group, saying his role as a catalyst for turnaround is complete.
Lantern is 34% owned by interests associated with NZX listed Pyne Gould and the Cayman Islands registered
