MRP defends $34.7m carbon credits claim

A contractual dispute between NZ Carbon Farming and Mighty River Power could have resulted in he latter having to nearly double its carbon credit payments forecast.

A $34.7 million carbon credits claim against Mighty River Power has been dismissed, although the effect of further commercially sensitive findings has been suppressed.
