MRP defends $34.7m carbon credits claim

A $34.7 million carbon credits claim against Mighty River Power has been dismissed, although the effect of further commercially sensitive findings has been suppressed.
Last year, NZ Carbon Farming (NZCF) sued the listed energy company over carbon credits it said Mighty River Power (MRP) was liable
